  • Light Breakfast (9:00 AM): Start your day with a nourishing light breakfast, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, setting the tone for a day of wellness.
  • 2-3 Hour Hike: Embark on a guided 2-3 hour hike through the breathtaking landscapes of Glendalough. Experience the tranquillity of nature while engaging in a healthy and invigorating outdoor activity.
  • Forest Bathe option for this section.
  • Light Lunch: After the hike, enjoy a light lunch to refuel and refresh, featuring a selection of wholesome dishes.
  • Fire and Ice Experience: After lunch, enjoy the invigorating fire and ice experience at the Eco-Lodge. This therapeutic combination of hot and cold treatments will revitalize your body and mind.
  • Yoga and Meditation: Find your inner peace with a yoga and meditation session led by experienced instructors. This session is designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and connect with your inner self.
  • Tea Time Snack and Departure (5:45 PM): Conclude your day with a delightful tea time snack, featuring a variety of wholesome and gourmet treats. Enjoy this snack in the tranquil surroundings of the Eco-Lodge before departing at 5:45 PM, celebrating a day well spent in the pursuit of wellbeing.

During a forest bathing session, you can expect to slowly walk through a Wicklow’s lush woodlands , engage your senses by observing the sights, sounds, and smells around you, and practice mindfulness.
